Booking information: When you RSVP or book a venue through the App, we store your booking details (venue name, date, time, number of children).
Favorites: Venues and events you save as favorites.

Location data: With your permission, we collect approximate location data to show nearby venues and events. You can disable location access at any time through your device settings.
Usage data: We collect anonymous analytics about how you use the App (screens viewed, features used) to improve our service.
Device information: We collect basic device information (device type, operating system version) for app compatibility and crash reporting.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to provide and maintain the App and its features, process your bookings and RSVPs, show you relevant nearby venues and events, improve and optimize the App experience, send you booking confirmations and important updates about the App, and monitor app performance and fix bugs through crash reporting.
3. Information Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties.
Service providers: We use Supabase for data storage and authentication, Expo/EAS for app updates, and Sentry for crash reporting. These services process data on our behalf under their own privacy policies.
Venue operators: When you book or RSVP through our App and are redirected to a venue's website, the venue's own privacy policy applies to information you provide directly to them.
Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.
4. Children's Privacy
Play Passport Miami is designed for use by parents and guardians to discover activities for their children. The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately at the email address below, and we will take steps to delete that information.
5. Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information, including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS) and secure authentication through Supabase. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Account deletion: You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.
Location data: You can disable location permissions through your device settings at any time.
Notifications: You can manage push notification preferences in your device settings.
